Delivery and payment

We deliver to the addresses and using the delivery methods available in the WooCommerce checkout for the specific order. If a particular address is not accepted by the system, please email sales@lacocona.com, before you complete your order.

The usual estimated delivery time in Bulgaria is 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. This is an estimate; the specific information provided at checkout and in the order confirmation takes precedence.

On public holidays, during promotional campaigns, in remote areas or in exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be longer. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the agreed timeframe, we will contact you.

The price is calculated based on the selected delivery method and address and is displayed before final confirmation. We do not add any hidden charges after the order has been dispatched.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or link from the shop or the courier.

• Debit or credit card: Payments are processed within the provider’s secure payment environment. La Cocona does not store the full card number or the security code.
• Cash on delivery: You pay on delivery, where this method is available for your chosen delivery option.

Please check the packaging for any visible damage. If there is a problem, please note this with the courier where possible and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly, but does not affect your legal rights.

Please ensure that your telephone number and address are correct. If delivery is unsuccessful, please contact us so that we can check the options for resending the parcel. Additional charges will only be applied where these have been notified in advance and are required by law.
